From 18 to 21 November 2025, Madrid became the hub for forest research during the Third Biannual EVOLTREE Conference, held under the inspiring theme:
“Integrative Diversity of Forest Ecosystems.”
The event gathered leading scientists and practitioners to explore innovative ways of understanding and managing forest biodiversity.
Members of the MigForest consortium – representing CRA-W, FVA, and INBO – proudly contributed to this dialogue. Their work was showcased in a flash presentation during Session 1: “New tools for science to reach practice”, highlighting practical solutions that connect cutting-edge research with real-world forestry management.
This participation reflects MigForest’s commitment to bridging science and practice for resilient and diverse forest ecosystems.
